About Reinko
With over 15 years of experience and in-depth expertise in Lean, Agile, and Obeya methodologies, I bring structure to complexity and calm to change. In doing so, I strongly believe in the power of the Leading with Obeya method. This method goes beyond mere visualization; it offers leadership teams a concrete framework to link strategy and execution, improve performance, and demonstrate true ownership.
