How it works in 3 steps
We believe in practical application over complex theory. The LSE Scan is designed to be pragmatic and immediately valuable.
Step 1: Preparation & Planning
First, we identify the team and a coach with the right knowledge and background to guide the process. We set up the scan specifically for your team’s context and schedule the scan session.
Step 2: The scan session (1.5 hours)
- This is where the work happens, together with the team. In a focused 1.5-hour session:
- The coach explains the purpose and context.
- The team completes the scan together.
- We reflect directly on the outcomes.
- Insights are shared and improvements are agreed upon and implemented immediately wherever possible.
Step 3: The report and the coach’s advice
After the session, the LSE report is drawn up. This document contains the scan’s outcomes and the team’s reflections. The coach adds the agreed steps for structural improvement and advice for follow-up.
