In our LWO Specialist I training, you will participate in an in-depth exploration and application of the LWO method, tailored for coaches focused on successfully introducing Obeya practices within teams. Completion of LWO Foundation and Facilitator is a prerequisite.

After completing a self-paced preparation phase, you will engage in an intensive two-day training where you will learn how to explain Leading with Obeya to others and effectively guide teams in setting up their Obeya. The training concludes with an exam.
