In three days, from 0 to 100 to your final destination: a ready-to-use Obeya. Based on your strategy and daily practice, we will set up an Obeya together over three days (spread over a few weeks). During these days, you will learn what Obeya is and apply our method directly. In the following period, we will help you further master the method and avoid pitfalls.
The Obeya Team Kickstart has been developed and proven successful since 2016. The Team Kickstart is a retreat, a change process, and a training all in one. With the Team Kickstart, we offer a practical, concrete way of working for leadership teams who want to collaborate more effectively.
