During this three-hour workshop, you’ll experience working in a real Obeya in an interactive session with our experienced trainers. You’ll become part of our fictional management team and learn how to set up an Obeya with your team. Learn how LWO can help your team make better decisions, think strategically, formulate concrete goals, and align plans. Discover the benefits of starting with Obeya as a team.
The workshop will be held in Almere at our Obeya training studio (Transistorstraat 91-26). Doors open at 12:30 PM and we start at 1:00 PM. The program ends at 4:00 PM, followed by time for drinks. Participation is FREE when you book a follow-up training with us since you will receive the paid amount as a discount if you decide to take the LWO Foundation training (also valid for the e-Training).
