  • Be familiar with routines for effective Obeya meetings.
  • Experience the impact of Obeya through a practical case study and develop skills to apply it in your own team or organization.
  • Have an interactive learning experience.
  • Have access to extensive follow-up support, such as monthly coaching, because we teach not just a method but strive for real change.

Who is the LWO Foundation Training for?

The LWO Foundation training is intended for leaders, managers, coaches, and anyone aiming to successfully lead teams. No specific prior education is required to participate. In addition, you will receive the book “Leading with Obeya,” written by Tim Wiegel, with the Foundation training.
